Payment is accepted by card or cash and through private or employer health insurance, Stebby. The centre does not have an Estonian Health Insurance Fund contract. It works with insurers, sports clubs and companies and can prepare invoices and reports. Training and rehabilitation equipment rental starts at €0.50 per day.
Services are provided by KI Therapy OÜ (registry code 12566379), activity licence L06985 and liability policy 5967587700. Outcomes depend on the individual condition and participation and cannot be guaranteed. Gift cards and prepaid services are valid for 100 calendar days from receipt of payment or until the date shown on the card. See the terms for extensions and expiry.

We are on the 7th floor of Tervisemaja 2 in Ülemiste City, at Sepapaja 12/1. Parking is free for two hours; register your vehicle at the foyer kiosk in Tervisemaja 2 or use a parking clock.
Please wear socks in the centre throughout the year, including children. Socks are available on site for €2. For physiotherapy, wear comfortable stretch clothing; you may bring a phone to record exercises with the therapist’s agreement. Clients aged 16 or younger should attend their first appointment with a parent.
Booking confirmations arrive by email. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the centre may invoice the visit according to its price list.
